Technology Rentals for Conventions and Trade Shows

Technology Rentals for Conventions and Trade Shows

There are so many different reasons to rent technology for your upcoming trade show or convention booth. First of all, renting is cheaper than buying when you only need equipment for a few days. Also, quality, up-to-date technology can make your booth stand out against the others and help drive your sales and marketing plans. But what kind of technology should you rent? If you're on the fence, and can't decide what sort of technology would help make your exhibit or booth a success, here are some great ideas for you!

Video Walls: These are great if you need to appeal to a large audience. These seamless flat screens are forced together to make up one big flat panel, making them look professional and allowing you to leave a huge impact. They are generally 2x2 (though can be 3x3) and allow you to display several different things at once.

Kiosks: Kiosks are great because they allow for flexibility, public internet access, lead generating devices, and interactive video presentations. In other words, they give you an easy place to interact with your potential customers, while allowing you to keep your booth professional and organized.

Plasma TVs: These are pretty self-explanatory. Imagine walking up to a booth and a company sales video or project demonstrations is playing on a gorgeous Plasma TV? This will most certainly leave an impression with your audience and customers. The most commonly used sizes for Plasma TV rentals are: 37, 42, 50, 61, 84, and 103 inch screens and you can even get Floor Mounts, Wall Mounts, Speakers and Specialty Cables to go along with them.

Laptops: Laptops are great for making your booth more interactive. If you want to allow your customers or audience to play around on your company's website or fill out information forms, renting laptops gives you a more professional ways to do so. Good rental firms, such as RentAComputer.com/ will offer a variety of laptops, allowing you to choose from Apple Laptops, iMacs, Ultra-Portable Laptops, and even Tablet PC options.

Trade Show Booths: Renting a Trade Show Booth or Display can be a very cost-effective option. Purchasing them can be expensive and not worth putting a lot of money into. Vendors such as ConventionVendor.com offer a variety of Trade Show Displays for your needs. Depending on what you need, size and configurations are flexible and traditional displays will fit a 10x10 or 20x20 booth, and are available with a 50" plasma and custom booth signs.
